SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES
Transit time count begins after the order is placed with the International Warehouse in The Netherlands. We will be BULK Shipping the Zumba ® Wear from the Warehouse once a month to minimise Costs and to keep the bottom line price competitive. Transit times are dependent on routine customs clearance; exceptions may cause delay. If your package is refused or returned to us for ANY reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Zumba® Wear Shop SA. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Zumba® Fitness does not accept product exchanges.
