ORDERS FROM ZUMBAWEARSHOP SA
For the first time in SA, You have access to the ENTIRE RANGE of Zumba® Wear from the International Warehouse in The Netherlands. This means that although you may wait up to 6 weeks to get your Zumba® Wear, you will be able to get all the latest collections as they are released.
PAYMENT
Zumba® Wear Orders will be charged upon checkout. We offer several methods of payment for you to purchase Merchandise including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, and PAYFAST.
After you have placed an order and your payment has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email that your payment has been successful and your order has been captured. All orders received on or BEFORE NOON of the 5TH day of the upcoming month, will be shipped on the next International order to Johannesburg via DHL EXPRESS. This can take anything up to 72 hours to get to JHB. Once here, the Fabulous Zumba® Wear needs to get the seal of approval from the Receiver of Revenue of SA . This ensures that we are getting Original Product and also maintains the integrity of the Zumba® Wear brand. Once the order clears Customs, it is transported to our JHB Zumba® Wear Shop SA Hub, and our team will gently, sort, verify and package your order to be sent to you. This is also where, we make sure the sizing is correct and the product you ordered is in fact in the shipment we receive. From this point, we have our Local Courier, the Courier Guy that will transport its precious cargo to you around our beautiful Country. We will send you a Tracking Number to track your shipment. In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed, But these will be communicated to you accordingly. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice, and again this will be communicated to you accordingly.
SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES
Transit time count begins after the order is placed with the International Warehouse in The Netherlands. We will be BULK Shipping the Zumba ® Wear from the Warehouse once a month to minimise Costs and to keep the bottom line price competitive. Transit times are dependent on routine customs clearance; exceptions may cause delay. If your package is refused or returned to us for ANY reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Zumba® Wear Shop SA. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Zumba® Fitness does not accept product exchanges.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Certain items may include additional handling costs. These items include and are not limited to; Toning Sticks, Toning Stick Bundles, DVD sets, banners, footwear, and large accessories. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.
DELIVERIES
Proof of delivery will be available as per our arrangement with our Courier Partner.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package.
All Special Discount Code Offers are subject to change or expiration at any time at the sole discretion of Zumba®. Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase.

MERCHANDISE ORDERS
All orders placed through the Website are subject to Zumba's acceptance. After your order has been placed, we will provide you with an email confirming our receipt of your order. The confirmation you receive does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Rather, we are only confirming our receipt of your order. Zumba may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment card or payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled by Zumba, we will issue you a refund.

While we want everyone to be able to enjoy our Merchandise, we may, in our sole discretion, not accept an order or limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Some reasons we may do so include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.Orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
2.Orders that appear to be shipped to a freight forwarding company for reshipment.
3.Orders that are in violation of the ZIN&trade and/or SYNC License Agreement.
4.Orders that cannot be processed as a result of incorrect or invalid billing, shipping or payment information. Be sure to double-check your information when placing an order. We cannot process orders for several reasons including, but not limited to:
1.Incorrect credit or debit card information such as card number, expiration date and/or card security value;
2.Incorrect payment method billing information (billing information provided must be the same as what your financial institution has on record); and/or
3.Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, ZIP or postal code.
5.Orders, in our sole discretion, that we suspect to be fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect to have been placed as a result of fraudulent activity. We further reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
6.Orders connected to previous credit card disputes.

Taxes and Shipping
All pricing set forth on the Website is exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges. All orders are subject to any applicable taxes on the purchase or delivery of the Merchandise and applicable shipping and handling charges.
Discounts and Promotions.
Any applicable discounts or promotional prices will be noted at the time of purchase on the checkout page for your order.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZUMBA AND AFFILIATES DO NOT ACCEPT OR ASSUME LIABILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT WILL ZUMBA OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO A SALE OF MERCHANDISE EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. ZUMBA AND ITS AFFILIATES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE MERCHANDISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SUCH MERCHANDISE. IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY. ACCORDINGLY, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY ZUMBA, ZUMBA AND AFFILIATES MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON THE SITE. ALL MERCHANDISE IS OTHERWISE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IN PARTICULAR, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW, ZUMBA AND ITS AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

In addition to these Sales Terms and Conditions and the policies stated above, your purchase of Merchandise through the Website is subject to the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
Zumba Fitness, LLC is located, and controls the Website, from its offices within the State of Florida. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. These Sale Terms and Conditions are not enforceable by any party except for Zumba and its customers. If any provision of these Sale Terms and Conditions is found not to be enforceable, that term will be deleted and all other terms will remain.
